Planning and Development Consultants

Starting his professional career in the Los Angeles Planning Department, Bruce Franklin moved into the private sector in 1980 to work for a Sarasota-based planning and architecture firm. After mastering the land planning process, Bruce founded LRS in 1982 to assist land owners, developers and institutions in coordinating the zoning, regulatory and entitlement process in developing real estate.

In 1984, with two partners, Bruce founded The ADP Group, Architects, Designers and Planners which became one of the largest Architechural firms on the west coast of Florida, with at one time 45 employees. Current LRS is associated with The Parker Walter Group, Architects and Engineers. Together the firms provide comprehensive planning, architecture, engineering and zoning and entitlement services.
