Starting his professional career in the Los Angeles Planning
Department, Bruce Franklin moved into the private sector in
1980 to work for a Sarasota-based planning and architecture firm.
After mastering the land planning process, Bruce founded LRS in 1982 to assist land owners, developers and institutions in coordinating the zoning, regulatory and entitlement process in developing real estate.
In 1984, with two partners, Bruce founded The ADP Group, Architects, Designers and Planners which became one of the largest Architechural firms on the west coast of Florida, with at one time 45 employees. Current LRS is associated with The Parker Walter Group, Architects and Engineers. Together the firms provide comprehensive planning, architecture, engineering and zoning and entitlement services.
With a reputation
for being a results-oriented land development professional,
Bruce Franklin has a solid track-record of building relationships
based on quality work, meeting and exceeding deadlines, and
strong communication skills. He is adept at all facets of
the development approvals process as well as team building
and interpersonal management, and has the ability to manage
all sizes and types of development projects including facilities, commercial, public, multi family, subdivisions and institutional projects.
